Our Roots in AWESOME

Founded on the principles of AWESOME: Aiding With Essential Supplies, Outreach, Motivation, and Empathy.

Awesome Found was born from the compassionate community of NFM. Our commitment to these values drives every initiative and interaction.

Our Evolution

Our story began with Jennifer Barnes, an admin of NFM, and the Christmas Elves project, a humble initiative to bring holiday joy to children in need. From this seed grew a robust tree of support — spanning from pizza/grocery fairies to peer-to-peer support for diverse requests within the group. Jennifer, along with our dedicated volunteers, have been the driving force behind these acts of kindness, working tirelessly behind the scenes.
